Please note the following for when your institution is finished testing:
Administrators should inform our team (support@cae.org) when testing is complete, as this will begin the reporting process.
We no longer need registrar data as was required with the former platform. Students enter in their grade level and other necessary information when they enter the test, so there is no need for administrators to send this information.
The only information we request from administrators is any reporting concerns there may be. This might be extraneous students, students who did not submit their session, or any other issues that should be noted to our reporting team.
